Job Description

Are you a communicative and attentive person with the ability to drive issues forward? Randstad is now looking for a communicative individual for the role of Field Service Planner, where your responsibility will be to plan resources for gas turbine projects globally. This position is a consulting assignment with us at Randstad, working with our client Siemens Energy in Finspång. 

In your role, you will work closely with both the team and our internal interfaces to ensure that the right skills are in the right place at the right time. The role requires you to be communicative, attentive, and capable of driving issues forward. You will be a central point of contact in planning and need to manage complex flows with clarity and engagement. This includes operational and strategic planning of field resources, coordination with interfaces, both internally and globally. You will also manage planning flows in systems such as OnePM and SalesForce, among others.

The team at Siemens Energy currently consists of over 33 employees, divided into various functions handling everything from preparation, visas, and invoicing to the Field Service Organization.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of field resources
• Coordination with interfaces, both internally and globally
• Management of planning flows in systems such as OnePM and SalesForce, etc.

Qualifications

• We see that you have experience in service and/or logistics
• Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple parallel tasks
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• You should be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent is advantageous
• It is also advantageous if you have experience working in an international environment and knowledge of OnePM, SalesForce
